Shaken, not stirred please!

Ingredients 

• 5 ice cubes
• 45mls vodka
• 30mls peach schnapps
• 30mls white cranberry juice
• 30mls lychee juice
• 3 lychees
• 1 slice of orange 

Method

Unpeel and deseed lychees.  Place orange slice and lychees on a cocktail skewer.  Set aside. 

Place ice into a cocktail shaker.  Pour in vodka, peach schnapps and fruit juices.  Cover and shake vigorously to combine.

Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with cocktail skewer.
