Smashing Summer Smoothie

A refreshing drink to rejuvenate.

Ingredients 

  • 1 red dragon fruit
  • ½ small watermelon
  • ¼ rockmelon
  • 1 small pineapple
  • 1 orange
  • 1 green apple
  • 1 cup of water

Method 

Roughly chop up fruit (excluding seeds/skin).  Mix fruit in a large bowl, then add to blender.  Add water.  Blend for about 3-4 minutes.  Serve chilled, with or without ice cubes.
